I first drew Spooky for a Necronomicon poster in 2000 dressed as a magician's assistant. After an art demo with Donato Giancarlo at ConDFW 2008, I decided that I needed to start working from references again so I used a photo from http://www.ranum.com/ for the pose in this pic.
